Profile & app settings

Web dashboard

In the browser, open Account for signed-in email, workspace context, and sign out. Open Settings for app preferences such as appearance (light/dark/system). See Web dashboard.

Profile — mobile

Open Profile (or Account) from the app’s main navigation to see:
  • Signed in as — the email for your current account
  • Active workspace — which workspace is selected for team features, members, and agents
From here you can jump to Settings (device and session controls) and the Workspace hub to manage the active workspace.

Settings — mobile

Open Settings from Profile or the menu. The screen groups controls by area:

Security — Biometric gate

Toggle Biometric gate to require Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint when opening the app. This only affects unlocking the app on this device—it is not your automation API key.

Notifications — System settings

Use System notification settings to jump to iOS or Android settings where you allow or block notifications for the app. Approval alerts also depend on subscribers and device permissions.

Session — Sign out

Sign out clears your session on this device and returns you to the login flow. Use it when switching accounts or leaving a shared device. Automations keep using Agent ID and API key; they are not tied to your personal sign-out.
