Getting started

FinalSay (HITL Relay) centers on your account, workspaces, and agents. You can onboard from the mobile app or the web dashboard; both use the same workspaces and the same Agent API credentials for automations.

What you need

  • Mobile: the FinalSay app installed on your device, or access to the web dashboard for your deployment.
  • A supported sign-in method (for example OAuth with Google, Apple, or Microsoft, or email/password—depending on how your deployment configures auth).
  • For automations: the base URL of the FinalSay API (your administrator or product docs will provide this, e.g. https://api.example.com).

Sign up and sign in

Mobile

  1. Open the app and complete sign up or sign in using the offered identity provider.
  2. Keep your session secure; the app may support biometric unlock after login depending on your device settings.

Web

  1. Open the web dashboard, then sign in or create an account using the options your deployment exposes (email/password and/or OAuth providers).
You must be signed in to create workspaces, agents, and API keys (owners generate keys).

First run — workspace and agent

Mobile

On first use, the app may guide you through:
  1. Workspace name — your team’s space (sometimes called a “workspace” in the UI).
  2. Agent name — your first automation agent (you can create more later).
  3. Defaults such as timeout are applied; you can change them later under Agent settings.
After this step you land in the main experience. In typical navigation:
  • Approval Inbox (home) — list of agents and pending work across workspaces
  • Workspace — hub for the active workspace (members, invites, agents, workspace settings)
  • Profile — your account email, active workspace, and links to app settings (biometric unlock, notifications, sign out)

Web

Use Overview and the sidebar to create or select a workspace, then create agents under Agents. Open Quickstart Integration when you want a guided path to an Agent ID, optional API key, and integration snippets. From either client you can open agents, respond to approvals, and manage credentials for integrations.
